Tool Manufacturing Plant
- Woodland, WA
This is where ideas begin to take shape. Industrial designers, engineers and tool makers take information from our clients to develop the actual tool that will be used in the injection molding process. These tools then go to the Washougal Injection Molding Plant where they are turned into the final products.
Both locations operate on a 24-hour / 7-day, 12-hour work shift schedule where three 12-hour shifts are paid as a 40-hour week.
Injection Molding Plant
- Washougal, WA
Where the magic happens. The Washougal Plant sports 55,000-square-ft of manufacturing space, 45 molding presses, and 24/7 production. Positions include materials handlers, process technicians, machine operators, production supervisors, and more.
Many positions only require a high school education. Some require specific experience. Training is provided and internal advancement is encouraged.
